Shipping is free on all orders over $79, with the exception of Stone Crabs, which are next day air shipping only

Your package will take anywhere from 1 to 4 business days to arrive to you after it has been shipped. Gourmet Seafood Box will ship your box via UPS Ground* for free on orders $79 or over . 

Note : Due to Covid-19 some orders may experience shipping delays.  

We do not ship during the weekends because shipping time extends the effectiveness and coldness of the dry ice provided.

• Orders placed on Monday & Tuesday will ship the same day if placed before 3 pm.
• Orders placed after 3 pm Monday through Thursday will be shipped the following day if order is from Florida.
• Orders placed on Wednesday thru Sunday will ship on Monday.
• Orders placed on Friday ,Saturday ,Sunday and  Monday by 3 pm will ship via UPS Ground to all continental states on Monday. 
• Orders placed on Tuesday before 3 pm will ship same Tuesday to the following states ;FL , AL , MS,TN GA ,SC ,NC VA ,KY , WV ,LA ,TX ,AR ,OK , MO ,IL , IN ,OH , PA ,MD , DE , NJ ,CT , NY , RI , MA ,NH ,ME ,VT , MI ,WI , MN ,NE , KS , CO ,AZ. 
• You can always upgrade your shipping at an extra cost.
• Next Day ( business day) Air Monday-Thursday . If order is placed on Friday ,next business day is Monday.
• Next Day Air Saturday shipping option is not available at this time.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes or FPO or APO addresses. Currently, we are able to ship only to continental US addresses. 

Our products are shipped with dry ice in an insulated cooler and a FREE insulated reusable bag . 

For the best and safest results , thaw our products in its original package and place in a single layer on a tray in the refrigerator over night . After thawing , remove any liquid that has collected in the packaging and use within a day for optimal freshness and safety .

 If you have less time , submerge the seafood in its original package in cold tap water and change the water every 20 min until it has defrosted.
