Hot Smoked Salmon goes through a curing process before it is smoked. We use salty water/brine to retain all the flavors the fish has. Smoking the flesh makes it healthy makes it flaky, and gives it a deep smoky tang. The salmon usually has a dash of black pepper, maple, or teriyaki taste, making it great for tarts, soups, creamy dips, and quiches. You can also have our hot smoked salmon alongside scrambled eggs and omelets.
The portions do not have to be cooked; you can reheat and eat them immediately you receive your package. Get a monthly, three-month, six-month, or yearly subscription and serve the best salmon for your family, retreats, and parties. We do not forget our loyal subscribers too! We pack your order in a styrofoam cooler filled with dry ice to assure your fish arrives impeccably frozen. No signature is required. The driver will leave your package at the door if there’s is no one at the chosen location to receive it.
We offer free standard shipping to anywhere within the continental United States. Expedited shipping is also available, for a fee. Costs will be added at checkout.

- Orders placed on Monday & Tuesday will ship the same day if placed before 12 pm.
- Orders placed after 12 pm Monday through Wednesday will be shipped the following day if order is from Florida.
- Orders placed on Wednesdays thru Sunday will ship Monday, with the following exception:
- Orders placed on Wednesday through Thursday before 12 pm (within Florida only) will ship the same day since delivery usually takes one day.
